Hello there,

I’m Taha Zahedi Vafa, one of the co-founders here at Case Trove. Let me share the inspiration behind our product.

It all started in 2023, when I envisioned a more effective way to detect conflicts of interest in legal cases. I needed a simple tool to manage my cases, but the existing options fell short.

I discussed my ideas with my uncle, Kaveh, and together, we decided to create Case Trove. Our product provides legal case management capabilities, including case conflict detection (a.k.a. Clay Conflict Check), actors relations detection, and automated case publication — all while prioritizing your privacy.

Clay Conflict Check, named after Prof. Thomas Clay, is a unique implementation of the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration, adopted by resolution of the IBA Council.

We consider ourselves as a small business. Our focus is not on growth at all costs, but rather making Case Trove a better product, which we hope you’ll enjoy using.
