Typography refinement
We have refined the typography across Case Trove to make your experience smoother and readable.

Improved Admin Pro Pack
We have improved the Admin Pro Pack with several new features. Now you can manage the access-control of your employees. A primary employee is considered as the account owner with full access, including timesheet approval and employee daily rates modifications. A normal employee has access to all features of Case Trove, this is the group you should select for most of your employees. Restricted employee access is limited only to the timesheet feature.

Chrono running time display
We have enriched the Chrono feature to display the running time. While at it, we also improved the chrono icons and colours.

User home
We have a fresh batch of improvements and new features to make your Case Trove experience even better. We introduced a new User Home that is the page you will see right after logging in. This is the place where you have your Chronos, Case Bookmarks, Conflict Check, and Time Report.
The new Chronos page feature lets you control your running and paused chronos, all on a single page. Plus, the new Time Report feature enables you to search, edit, and export your timesheet entries. You can choose This Week, Last Week or a custom date range to filter your timesheet entries.

Bookmark your important cases
A case you check out frequently? Bookmark it. Bookmarks are a simple way to keep important cases in Case Trove close at hand. To bookmark a case, you go to the case you want to bookmark, click on the context menu and then select Bookmark case. Read more about it.

Case audit trail
Case audit trail is a chronological set of records that provide evidence of modifications done on the case since its creation in Case Trove. The audit trail contains valuable information such as the name of the person who changed the case, the date/time of the change and the description of what was change.

Added security policy
We are writing to let you know that we have added the security policy that covers the Case Trove product and services. Note: Our privacy policy along with Terms of services are also available online.

Case Trove manual
The Case Trove manual explains how to use the key features of Case Trove. You'll learn how to create cases along with the case actors: arbitrator, counsel, expert, tribunal president, etc. It also explains how to check for conflicts of interest. Go ahead, have a look.

Legal Advice case type
We added support for the Legal Advice case type. Click on the New Case button and select the Legal Advice from the Case type drop-down selection. Case Trove will adjust the form fields dynamically and only show you the relevant fields.

Chrono improvements
We improved the chrono feature. You can now have more than one chrono in paused status. This is a useful feature when you are working on more than one case during the day.

Case publications and submissions
Submits your cases in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners formats. Case Trove supports the official formats defined by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. You can also export your cases in PDF, Word and CSV formats

Time activities with chrono
The Chrono feature time your activities on the case you're working on. It autogenerate a time entry in the case timesheet. You can also pause, resume, or stop the chrono.

Receive a weekly time report
Do you need a weekly time report? Every Sunday, you will receive your team time report. Case Trove generates the report and emails it to you as a PDF attachment.

Team time report
Time reports, like weekly or monthly, are the best way to get an overview of the time your team has booked during a specific period. Pick a predefined period such as Last Week or This Week or any other date range, and issue the time report in PDF and CSV formats.

Extending the conflict detection in Parent/subsidiary relation
Clay Conflict Check (3C), is extended to detect the conflict of interests in parent/subsidiary relations. You can easily define parent and subsidiary relation between two firms, which will be explored by Clay Conflict Check (3C) to detect conflict of interests.

Introducing timesheet
Introducing Timesheet management, an add-on that makes tracking time simple. With the timesheet feature, you can track time directly in Case Trove, no spreadsheets required. View and filter timesheets across the account, and export the results as a PDF or a CSV file. The Timesheet report lets you filter by case or context, user, timesheet status, or date range. Its user-friendly experience makes it effortless for team members to track time.

Timesheet feature coming soon
This is a quick update on what we are working on at Case Trove. Work is already in-progress on our next major add-on, Timesheet management. Case Trove will get Timesheet management soon. An add-on that let you track the time you spend on your cases. It also lets you filter by case, person, or date range, and download a PDF file. Stay tuned, Timesheet management coming soon.
