Personal data

When you sign up for a Case Trove account, we ask for identifying information such as your name, email address and a company name. That is so we can set up your account, and you can personalize your new account.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties, and we will not use your name or company in marketing statements without your permission.

Payment Information

If you sign up for a Case Trove account, you will be asked to provide your payment information. Credit card information is submitted directly to our payment processor, Stripe . We do not store your payment information.

No cookies and no tracking

Location of site and data

Our product, Case Trove, and its website are fully housed in Europe. If you are located outside the European Union, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to and stored in the Europe. By using our website or Services, you consent to this transfer.

What happens when you delete your account

In Case Trove, we give you the option to delete your account. If you choose to delete your account, your content will be immediately purged from our systems in full. This applies both for cases when an account owner directly cancels and for auto-canceled accounts.
