Company, we, our, or us in any of our policies or terms, refers to Plain Source SRL .
Services refers to our website, whether delivered within a web browser, desktop application, mobile application, or another format.
Finally, you or your refers to the people or organizations that own an account with Case Trove.
Your data are protected
All data are written to secured disks instantly. Files that you upload (when importing information) are not stored on our servers. We extract the data and store the data in our databases that are protected by firewalls .
Your data are sent using secure protocol
Whenever your data are in transit between you and us, everything is encrypted , and sent using HTTPS .
Your sensitive information (e.g. identity credentials) are encrypted and stored in our application databases. Our databases are firewalled and being constantly monitored as the rest of our application.
Your billing information are protected
All credit card transactions are processed using secure encryption, the same level of encryption used by leading banks. Card information is transmitted (not stored on our servers) to our payment gateway, and processed securely on a PCI-Compliant network .
We regularly update our infrastructure
Our software infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our product, Case Trove, runs on a dedicated network which is protected by firewalls and carefully monitored.
